WIP Skid for GEA Integrated Granulation Line Washing
The WIP Skid is well engineered and fully automatic for efficient cleaning of the GEA integrated granulation line. It features steam-heated, jacketed tanks for Purified and Potable Water, with water level and temperature control. A booster pump with VFD control enhances water pressure for effective washing. A small tank allows for precise Acid/Alkali dosing, while a Tube & Shell heat exchanger achieves the desired water temperature. The system also includes a compressed air facility for drying tanks and washed machines and a condensate recovery pump to push condensate to the recovery line.
Control System
The WIP Skid is managed by a Mitsubishi PLC and Zenon SCADA system for comprehensive process management. All the ATEX components has been integrated. With 21 cfr part 11 compliance. The control panel includes terminals at the WIP Rack, Granulation Room, Roller Compactor Room, and Service Floor for maintenance and process monitoring.
