Our WIP (Wash-in-Place) Skid is a fully automated, high-performance system designed to clean integrated granulation lines such as GEA setups. Developed and deployed for a Malaysian facility, the skid ensures efficient, repeatable washing cycles with compliance and operational ease at its core.

1) Dual Steam-Heated Jacketed Tanks:
Separate tanks for Purified Water (PW) and Potable Water, complete with level and temperature control systems.

VFD-controlled to ensure optimal water pressure during cleaning.

Precisely sized for chemical dosing, ensuring thorough decontamination.
